We will have a virtual meeting prior to the event to discuss the general flow of the day and expected shooting opportunities.
Private estate content day
Our content day will be a curated editorial at a stunning private estate just outside of Healdsburg. Our goal is to create an environment that will feature moments that look and feel like a real wedding day.
vineyard engagement
To welcome our attendees to wine country, we'll be kicking off the week with a vineyard engagement session. This will be an opportunity to shoot among the rolling hills and have some content that really helps provide some beautiful story telling to your gallery.
POST SHOOT MEETING
You will have a one on one meeting with planner, Britt Jones, in order to discuss your shoot experience and publiation opportunities.
WIne & DIne Welcome
To conclude our first day of shooting, we’ll be inviting attendees to join us for a welcome party editorial. This evening will be thoughtfully styled as an intimate and elevated take on the night before.

Join us for an engagement session set against the rolling hills and lush vineyards of Napa Valley, complete with the perfect glass of pinot in hand. We are all about a multi-event wedding weekend here at BJC. Join us for welcome party editorial in the heart of wine country that will be the perfect taste of what's to come the following day. The evening will feature a seasonal tablescape of natural wood tones, fresh foliage, and an understated yet refined take on a wine country gathering—elegant and inviting, with a nod to that classic Williams Sonoma aesthetic.

We're thrilled to be hosting a wedding editorial at a private estate nestled in the heart of Sonoma. This Tuscan-inspired property offers sweeping vineyard views, lush foliage, and an ideal setting for a refined wine country celebration. Our color palette will feature cool lilac tones, rich eggplant, and subtle pops of sienna and peachy orange——a palette designed to bring depth and warmth to a sophisticated setting.
