We will have a virtual meeting prior to the event to discuss the general flow of the day and expected shooting opportunities.

The workshop will be designed to replicate a real wedding at the Arboretum including a ceremony set up, tablescape, flatlays, bride and groom model, etc.
Post Shoot Meeting
You will have the chance to book a one on one meeting with planner Britt Jones in order to discuss your shoot experience and publication opportunities.
In order to have a gallery that feels more real-wedding like, we are offering a rehearsal dinner editorial add on at the Virgin Hotel in Dallas.
Add On
The Arboretum is a venue that has been a Dallas staple for many years and is home to the most expansive gardens the city has to offer. It's European style architecture, variety of lush landscape, and views of White Rock lake make it one of the most prestigious wedding venues in Dallas. This intricately planned editorial will offer a rosewood infused color palette with an antique, residential forward vision.

This swanky rehearsal dinner editorial at the Virgin Hotel in Dallas will add an extra layer in creating a well-rounded, mutli-event portfolio that ties in with the following day at the Arboretum. Dinner & cocktails will be included.
